can you take two of the same chapel for your chapel req

ive been doing some research about recommended and required courses for pa school and came across courses like biochem and molecular cell bio as mostly recommended courses. my major doesn't require these courses and quite honestly i couldn't be asked to take these courses and rather take the other recommended courses. is this alright or should i take these courses as well.

hi! i recently came back from college where i was 135 and was tracking my food intake and in a month im at 144 pounds. Im active and walk at least 3 miles a 5 out of 7 days a week and do some light weightlifting twice a week. I havent been able to track my parents food to well but is this normal? Am i just undertracking my food and is it even possible to gain this much weight in a month?
