I'm attempting to teach a 65 year old man how to play commander. This will be his first card game ever. Give me your absolute cheapest brews that are also so no brain a new person can pilot it. Those starter commander decks are over 60$ Canadian! Save us

Playing in a budget pod, can use about 300$ USD (which I know is not quite budget for here) - everything will be proxied. Want something that will make the table laugh and be annoyed, I think mill does the trick. Any brewers out there got a fun to pilot mill deck? Open to any commander
