Hi! I’ve been to two different dentists in the last year who told me they are seeing signs of early TMJ and noticing tension in my jaw. I’ve been advised to take preventative measures, such as Invisalign and sports massages. I don’t have any pain but it is causing some gum recession, and I do sometimes have sensitive gums / teeth.

I do eventually want to get Invisalign, but my insurance unfortunately won’t cover it right now and I can’t afford it out of pocket. I also don’t want to wait until it becomes a major problem to take action. Any suggestions?
