The city center

Anyone else feel like the level of anti social behaviour in the city centre in the day has just skyrocket the last month or so?

It wasn’t fantastic previously, but today I saw several homeless people openly drug dealing in groups. A loud and explicit altercation on St.Marys street. And several people in baklavas, all in the space of a 30 minute lunch break.

Not to mention it’s littered with chavs and roadmen.

What’s changed?
