RJU is willing to lower fee to 400k and FWU to 600k. Will picking RJU will affect me? TU is willing in 800k. Is the syllabus of RJU as good as TU and RJU. RJU and FWU colleges are running their first batches. Is FWU safer?

RJU's CSIT is so cheap compared to TU's private CSIT. Should I join Bsc. CSIT of RJU or FWU if it is half the fee of TU's private colleges? Is the syllabus same? Any suggestions from seniors?
