Are there any course on internet about Reading someone's mind?

Basically my Product manager wants me to read his mind and find out the requirements myself, finalize them and build the product. Bonus points if I can point out some mistakes in the requirements and correct them myself.

I'm starting to hate .md files

Everyday I wake up to a bunch of .md files brainstormed by the manager using claude and i can't keep track of what's going on

One day it's what needs to be built

The other day it's the architecture explanation

Some other day it's agile and story points

Decisions change each day because it's better compared to previous architecture

At some point there is nothing to complain about lack of documentation but too many .md files in the form of documentation.

What can I do? Just read each one and do whatever they say without arguing or give back everything to claude again and ask it to implement it?

Okay a bit of context: I'm a Senior in CS from a low rank uni and my cousin completed their bachelor's in ME + Masters in ME in a T100 uni.

I'm currently pursuing an internship at a F500 company and will be converted to full time once I graduate. My cousin is working for an automobile company as a Mechanical Engineer.

The pay gap is so huge and they work Mon - Sat and only on Sunday they get off. Yesterday we were talking on the phone and they explained that there was an oil leakage and they had to stay all night fixing it.

I'm so glad I'm in CS and can work in AC and get Saturday and Sunday off.

This post is not to flex or not to point out the working conditions of other majors. We see people always complaining about CS having a toxic environment and how the job market is but often ignoring how it is for the other majors.
