I've made this... But what is it?

My initial goal was to have a single modular fig that could be either a steamtank or a luminark, whith or whithout commander or mage. It's fully magnetised ans not quiet finished but... Since GW push out both of the models, i wonder what can a made it count as. What the model represente un game could have a influence on how i add futher. Any ideas?
