Hi guys I just want some advice. I’m really scared and feel so out of control with my body. I’ve never had period pains really my whole life I only really had periods in my 20s because I had anorexia most of my teens but they’ve always been fine the past few months they’ve been horrific I’m turning 30 in a month. Could this be endo? It’s travelling into my back also I woke up this morning and took Co-Codamol on an empty stomach. I really am quite shocked because I’ve never had these issues. How did you go about getting things checked out with the Doctor? I’m from the uk? Should I ask for a referral somewhere as I don’t want to be in pain much longer I just hope this will go away
