Best IMO for building a final expense agency with strong comp?
Looking for recommendations from anyone who’s had a good experience with their IMO. I’m trying to find a long term partner that offers strong final expense comp and lets me build my own hierarchy with agents underneath the agency.
We already handle our own lead generation, so leads and training aren’t selling points for me. I’m more interested in competitive carrier comp, advances, and clear terms on renewals, book ownership, and releases.
Who would you recommend, and what made you choose them over other IMOs? Specific carrier comp examples would be helpful if you’re comfortable sharing.
