Any tips for avoiding this?

I have done a number of these and have experienced some warping, but nothing this extreme. Is there any advice you n how to avoid this in the future? Or anyone have a tried and true method for making these panels?

Scroll saw art warping

I have done a number of these and have experienced some warping, but nothing like this. I was wondering if anyone had any thought as to what caused this and maybe a way to mitigate it in the future. My only thought was maybe the shop sawn veneers were to thick?
