a band on the strip called White Eagle? My friend and I went on vacation in 1991 (I remember we were on our way to the LAX headed back home when we heard folks on the local radio station talking about the Rodney King beating the night before) to Phoenix, AZ and L.A. We did the whole Strip tour: went the The Cathouse, The Rainbow, Gazzari's (Bill Gazzari was sitting on a bench outside the club during the afternoon when we walked up to get tickets for a shoshow), The Whiskey, Sunset Strip Tattoos, The Bass Place, Guitar Center and had a great time. The night we went to The Whiskey the ticket seller asked us who we were there to see and we didn't have an answer until after we saw a band called White Eagle (horrible name for a band) and we made sure to tell her on our way out. Is there anyone here that may know anything about the band, if the musicians went on to change their name or go to other bands? Tia!
