Any Amazon pro-tips for getting packages to the door in a new construction house?
Hello there - former Amazon RTS PA & Driver Trainer here seeking advice from the Amazon pros...I recently moved to a new house that doesn't seem to be in the GPS system and Amazon hasn’t been driving to the door to drop-off packages. I live in a gated community in a rural area and the address system is a bit wonky; we have a community address and an individual home address and we are told to put both addresses on our Amazon orders.
I’ve tried asking in the driver notes, but I think my address is causing the issue (Google maps still shows my house as a patch of woods lol)
Any tips for effective driver notes to guarentee that drivers come to the door? I’m thinking of driving to my local DS and flagging down someone in FQA, I'm pretty sure I need my property to be geo-fenced in order to get packages properly.
Called customer service to no avail.
Thanks in advance for any help with this 😄
