Do you paint with oil pastel or is it similar to using the lil pastel crayons? Just for attention here’s a multi-medium collage I made recently. Cut up old tee shirts and socks, collaged with magazines, then a big layer or alcohol based markers, and then I filled in the empty space with pastels that blended well with the marker colors.
This technique is something I’ve dabbled with on and off for a long time. Sometimes they come out looking really messy and weird and sometimes they’re perfect. To me at least.
