How serious ioit is for 75 percent attendance criteria, I am from chatrapati sambhajinagar planning to take admission but I am a homesick type person . If my attendance like 40-50 percent collge is fine with it?

I got aissms ioit computer in the first cap round, I come from a lower middle family and my hometown is nearly 300 km from Pune. How much is the fees for hostel and mess of the college. is there any pg near college, how much rent are charging there also tell for mess. Can I manage living in pune for around 1 lakh a year .also I would appreciayte if you tell me how security is on campus and also in the surrounding area where pg are.
