I had no idea they'd been trying to survive via wholesale. Their disappearance has created a huge hole in our diet. We liked everything we tried there, but there are some staples that we've not found replacements for. Where are y'all going to stock up on polish sausage, bratwurst, andouille, bohemian smokies? (I will refrain from mentioning the sublime Hunter's Salami which they stopped producing after the fire...)
