The Luna Scores are all f-ed up

My Readiness scores say 86 but then in the summary below it is mentioned as 'low'. I ask LifeOS how does that make sense and it says sorry for the confusion, it shouldn't be termed as low.

I have used the Ring for a while now and I feel that the scores are more or less pointless and they don't make much sense. LUNA ring does a good job tracking sleep and activity but I feel there is not much help that I get from it back as feedback. Its just to give me numbers and at times some ok feedback. I have a Pixel watch and the AI coach in its Fitbit is far superior in terms of giving me feedback and acting like a proper coach and telling me how to go about me workouts based on my metrics. Yes it is a monthly paid subscription but still worth the money in many regards because I actually feel like I have someone who is talking to me daily and giving me insights, feedback and asking me questions about how I am feeling. The Luna ring looks nice but i am not sure I feel its giving me any useful tips back based on my scores. It's a bit generic and it doesn't even know whether 86 score is low or high. Quite disappointing and please take this into consideration before buying this in the future. I don't know about other rings but google/ fitbit products seem more helpful based on my experience.
