This operation is impressive.
Since we're building a drag-and-drive car at Dragzine right now, I figured it would be a good time to learn what a good drag-and-drive trailer needs.
I hit up Funny Car Chaos at Norwalk on Friday. I’ll post the article link after I get it up with more pictures.
This could be my favorite disco-era Nova ever. David Reese builds some of the best cars out there, hands down. At almost 3,000 horsepower, this thing is going to be an animal at the track.
So this thing is kind of wild. It's going to be interesting to see what rules package they put together for this combo. If they can figure out the power management side of this CAS stuff, it could be a real problem for the other cars.

So I got to cover the Turn & Burn drag and drive event at Summit Motorsports Park. I've covered Drag Week, Sick Week, and Midwest Drags, this was a super cool deal. In my opinion, if you want to see if you'd like to do a longer drag-and-drive, shorter events like this are a great way to test the waters.
I will have one of our Dragzine project cars at this next year for sure.
He's lucky he didn't lose his legs.
