Steam deck>moonlight to PC>Steam deck displaying on 4k tv.

Hi all, just got my steam deck second hand.

I had my first child less than a month ago and i purchased this with the intent to play WoW forever on my TV through the steam deck. However, i am experiencing some input lag.

Currently at the hospital but i imagine that if i try this then it may perform better.

TV: Game Mode on, aspect ratio set to "Just Scan" or "Screen Fit," and motion smoothing and sharpening off.

Deck output: Set to 4K at 60 Hz (Settings > Display).

Wi-Fi: Make sure the Deck is on 5 GHz and close to the router.

Steam Link settings:

Advanced Client Options on, Enhanced 1080p

Resolution limit at 1080p

Video set to Fast instead of Balanced

Hardware decoding on

Prioritize network traffic on

PC: Cap in-game FPS at 60 and close background apps.

Scaling: In the Deck's Quick Access menu, set the scaling filter to FSR or Sharp to clean up the 1080p image on the 4K TV.

Use moonlight and apollo to create a virtual monitor for wow that streams at 1080p to my tv.

Has anyone experience resolving this?

UPDATE: Claude and moonlight/apollo did the trick!
