Did you go see Ronald Reagan or Pechanga fireworks last night? What did you think?
Which fireworks did you go see last night? Did you go somewhere else to watch them, and what were your thoughts about that place? Every year our area is limited for options, would be nice for everyone to know about other local options.
We were near Ronald Reagan, but we could also see Pechanga in the distance. Here's our impressions of each, would love to hear how your thoughts compare.
Temecula seemed to have much bigger fireworks. They had some sort of new fresh reds and blues that were crisp and bright, almost like LED brightness, very sharp. And they had a big weeping willow with a fabulous burst of sparklers pouring out the middle that wowed the crowd.
What we could see of Pechanga, they had shapes, more red+white+blue in a single big round firework, and their show went on just slightly longer.
It's hard to not have a great show with either option. Ronald Reagan is great when you want to make a day of it, listen to music, have little kids who want to swim or spend the day in the playground, and get vendor foods.
