Question from non-leo about multi-lane highways.
I am from a rural area where I very rarely drive in multilane roads but I do occasionally go to the city. I understand pull to to the right in most situations if a officer is running lights on, but what would you like to see if say, I'm in the far left lane and you're in the center lane, am I best to move to the left to give more room or move to the center lane and open the far left lane?
For that matter if the road is very congested, should I try to move anywhere or just stay where I am so you can decide how to get around me?
