Looking to connect with fellow newbie futures traders
Hi Reddit I am new to futures trading or day trading in general and looking for people who would like to connect and learn about trading together.
My plan is to get a Demo account on Ninja trader and come up with a trading strategy that would work for me. For now I am only going to be focusing on MNQ. But open to other tickers depending on what people I connect with.
I work a full time job so I will only be trading for 30-60min before I leave for work. So that will he 9:30-10:00AM ET. (I am in PT time zone btw)
Would love to connect with people who also trade during that time and would be open to connect via voice (zoom/google meet/discord) and discuss our entries and exits.
I have been hanging around the trading community sub reddits for years and have took some trades in the past but never seriously traded like this before. So my I am beginner level right now.
I work in software so ultimately I do want to move in the direction of coming with some automated strategies as well but for now I just want to focus on trading myself and understanding the market.
