Vendor recommendations for new soundproof windows? (Maryland, USA)

We bought a house last year that was built in 1977. We're in a beautiful neighborhood, end of a private cul-de-sac, lakefront view, etc. But we have rednecks for neighbors with kids that love to ride dirt bikes constantly. While they keep to their property and don't ride on the road (so they do ride legally), the noise is getting to me.

Our windows are pretty old and need replacing outright, so I'm hoping to get recommendations for vendors that can install effective soundproof windows. From searching this subreddit so far, I've found out about soundproofusa.com and soundproofwindows.com. Indow windows has also been mentioned a few times, but they seem to be most effective for window inserts (though I could be wrong) and may not necessarily be cost effective.

Any other suggestions I haven't thought of would be greatly appreciated!

Question regarding non-clinical jobs for an LMSW

My wife is an LMSW with, according to her, 500 hours left before she's eligible to take the LCSW exam. She's burnt out on clinical work though and would ideally like to transition to a case management or utilization review role. I'm trying to help her find jobs, but I'm wondering if there are non-clinical jobs out there that still provide supervision hours towards her full license? Or is it one of those "you have to get the full license first, then transition out of clinical work" scenarios?

Thanks in advance from someone not entirely familiar with the field and is just trying to be a helpful spouse :)

Commute from Cecil County, MD to Dover, DE

Anyone on this sub commute or have commuted from Cecil (particularly Rising Sun or nearby) to Dover, DE for work? I recently bought a house earlier this year in Rising Sun, and despite all of the flack it gets (especially on /r/Maryland, hence why I'm posting here), I do love the area, especially my neighborhood - it's a nice and quiet place to live with a lakefront view. My spouse and I worked extremely hard to be able to afford this property in our early 30s.

Be that as it may, an opportunity has popped up in my field to potentially work for the DoD doing some cutting edge work/research, not to mention the substantial increase in salary. I've worked in my field just over 10 years now, and this would legitimately be a "once in a lifetime" opportunity that might not appear again until I'm close to retirement. Unfortunately, there is no potential for hybrid work in this role, change in administration/regimes notwithstanding, so my commute one way would be roughly 1 hr 20 min, 5 days a week. I have an EV, so gas isn't an issue. I'm also no stranger to a long commute. I currently work in Baltimore and my commute one way is about 50-55 min (I work early, so I don't deal with rush hour).

While moving to Dover or somewhere nearby is the obvious solution, I do genuinely want to keep my house, especially because we have a baby on the way. I'm still deciding if this would be one of those "if I pass it up, will I regret it forever?" kind of opportunities. It's a struggle.

Just curious as to everyone's thoughts in general on this type of commute.
