Parking first two weeks
Tips:
Come early. If your class is at 9am, be here no later than 8:30. If its at 10, come at 9:30. Traffic can be a nightmare.
Park in the outer lots for easy in/out.
If you must go to a parking garage, go to garage 3. And when youre exiting, if you see a line of cars going down the ramp, drive around to the opposite side of the floor and there's another ramp.
Avoid garage 2 at all costs. Its where they have you park for orientation but its full by 8:30.
Avoid driving on State University drive if possible.
If you have one, bring a scooter.
People drive crazy and also walk right in front of your car so be aware.
There aren't many cameras so invest in a dash cam.
There are a ton of EV chargers in garage 5. Its $1 per hour to charge up to 4 hours, then it goes to $10 per hour.
