Anyone use the peloton app for workouts? When running I use the peloton app and Apple Watch run feature. Apple knows it’s the same run but it looks like it’s doubling for exercise in my metrics.
I am new to the app and new to calorie counting. I have a running/lifting schedule that I’ve been doing for a few years. I don’t want to eat all my exercise calories back but when I run six miles my body will need the fuel. Can someone explain the exercise/tracker activity and expenditure above baseline please and thanks!
