Joined qualcomm in 2021 as an Engineer. Currently at senior engineer level from 2023, however the base salary has not even reached 30lpa. And lateral hires in the org are getting hired at much more salary at the same level. Considering the stock position and skeptical ar26 numbers even if there is promotion.what should I do.
