2 minute bathroom limit
So this week, our latest Postmaster announced to 4 carriers at different times of the day that they can only spend a maximum of 2 minutes in the bathroom. All 4 of these carriers happen to be Hispanic. NOT sure if that was coincidental or on purpose. Postmaster did not tell me or the other 10 carriers this "new rule". Can I grieve this as creating a hostile work environment? I would also like to contact OSHA and labor about this.

Not delivering routes to avoid paying Overtime.
Management decided to not deliver 2 routes to avoid maxing out ODL... Would filing a grievance put an end to this in the future? Or is this a way around the contract?
