How do i get my cat back?
Location: Pennsylvania
My cat went missing years ago. He was only almost 2 years old. Hes been missing for 9 years. Since he qemt missing we moved 8 blocks away. Lived there for 5 years. He found me 1 week before I moved out of that place. He came up to us meowing! My b husband was with him outside. When I went in. He saiidbheblet him walk off. We'll at the end of May this year someone posted a missing cat. He had all the same exact markings. Ends ul being the person that lives in the house I left 2 years ago. I set ul a visit with her through mu friend whos her neighbor. Verified he is mine. I asked if I could bring him home. I even offered to pay her $200 for my boy. She refused. Her reason....shes had him for almost a year and her kid is attached to him. How can I verify hes mine with the pictures I have being years old? Is it possible to get hom back? I haven't stopped searching for him the day he went missing. I want to call my old.landlord and tell hom she has a cat and one is mine from when I lived there. He doesn't allow cats. But i am trying so hard to do things the right way. Please help. Thank you so much.
ps. he wasnt microchipped. he dossapeared 1 week before his appointment.
the pics I do have show his scar. I saw it on him with bright light.they show his brown stripped fur under his black fur coat with bright light. his Grey nose. i know his n injuries and all. even his meow is distinguishable.please help. im desperate to bring him home.
