Hello everyone; this 30M.

Had been having dizziness since a week and got my BP measures it’s 150/80. I am freaking out.

I have heard if you start BP medication you are on it for life; is it possible to power through until I make lifestyle fixes to lower it; is it safe to medicate?

Please any help is appreciated

Hey Everyone I fulfilled my wish to own a Virtus 1L AT and had been. Getting an average of 10-11 for the longest time but since a couple of weeks it has suddenly fallen to 7 and recieving 3-4 in shorter runs.

Open to any suggestion; I am using normal BP petrol; could that be a factor ; have they increased ethanol blend?
