New Job Opportunity

I have an interview tomorrow with Western State Cat, looking to move from auto to heavy duty and wanted to see if anyone does/has worked for them and what your experience with them was. As well as what to expect going into heavy duty as a whole if I get the job.

Currently in a situation where I feel like it's time to move on from this dealership. I'm always willing to help out where needed and I try to be on top of things before they become a problem. I help the PM out with end of month stuff every month, and try to take more things off of his workload constantly just so both of us aren't getting burned out. However, my Fixed Ops manager refuses to believe I do anything or that I'm capable of doing more. Example, noticed another dealership was on credit hold, was in the process of taking care of it before said Fixed Ops dude stepped in and made the PM take care of it. I'm just at a point where as much as I enjoy the overall job of being in parts, I don't know if its worth sticking around anymore
