Hi everyone! Our I-130 expedite request was just approved on August 18 via Congressional help because my husband in active-duty US Navy. The I-130 isn't approved yet, but we want to get a head start and be completely ready for the NVC stage so we can move fast. Can anyone share the exact list of requirements we will need to upload to the NVC portal once the I-130 is approved, and what the next step look like? Thank you so much

Hello everyone, for active duty us navy who requested and expedite and was move to Nebraska for review of the expedite approved. How long it takes to receive a response from the USCIS military? Beneficiary is from the Philippines and we submitted our I130 on January 4, 2026

We requested an expedited on June 16, I received a response June 17 saying we meet the criteria and move to Nebraska for checking if we get approved or not. How long does it take for them to respond? My husband is active us navy and currently going out every month to sea for underway.
