Current vs before pic

My betta has been suffering from pin rot he has ulcers in his body he is sleeping down rarely coming up to take air he is eating properly but struggling to reach the surface i used kanaplex yesterday and added methylene blue and tannins to the tabk today he looks better as he’s trying to swim around . Will he heal i love him i dont want to lose him i have reduced the water lvl as it’s difficult for him to reach the surface
