Is this mold? (Under UV365 light.)
It seems to grow in the unfinished parts of the wood. This is under a 365UV light, and I’m worried about the yellow splotches.

Edited to add: this is in a library in the US. It has had high humidity and temperature for years. The cleaning crew says it’s not mold and they don’t want to clean it. I’m think it is mold and want real remediation. The actual local mold professional is… not responding?
