I’m looking for hotel recommendations for July 16-22 for a concert at Hershey Park Stadium. Love to have a pool and breakfast included. One adult and a 14 yr old.

Hi! So the property management company did an inspection (they are the third managers for this complex in the 15 years we have been living here) and have said we are violating our agreement for many reasons. My focus here is for the carpet. We moved in 15 years ago, within 6 months the carpet on our stairs and at entry points started to wear through, we can see through the pad into the wood, the manager then told us that they wouldn’t replace it because it’s cheap carpet and when we move, whenever it would be, the carpet always get replaced. Great..we lived through it. Now 15 years later and now the third property management has suddenly demand an inspection (they have been managing the property for 2 or 3 years; the first we have ever had in 15 years. They are demanding certain things but they demanding that the carpet be professionally cleaned and we must provide documentation of it being completed. The carpet is 15 years old!! It’s vacuum and maintained as best as we can with the continue determination of the carpet. They also, whenever we move will upgrade the apartment including removing said carpet and replace with hardwood. We are not moving, yes the carpet was new when we moved in but this doesn’t seem like an acceptable request…we are month to month lease also.
