Does anybody know why I wouldn’t be getting interviews?

[3 YoE, Unemployed, retail/customer service , Canada]

I've been applying in person and online constantly this summer with this resume and have consulted people and even ai on how I could improve it, yet 1 am still being rejected from retail positions and other part time work without ever getting a chance for an interview. Can someone tell me exactly why I'm being rejected or not receiving calls back?
