I’ve just seen the ‘NCA Officer Development Programme (ODP)’ mentioned on the NCA website. It states to keep check of the current vacancies on the CS website for ‘our next trainee release’. I wondered if anyone had any insight into how often these trainee releases come about? Or is this a thing of the past?

I recently completed two tests for a job I’m really interested in. Unfortunately on the numerical test, I only scored 43% - enough to pass to the personal statement section but now I’m worried about the pass rate increasing if they get too many applicants, as this happened in the past with another role I had applied for. I wondered if anyone could share how frequent this has happened for them or is it only for large campaigns?
For reference, it is for a role with the Insolvency Service.
