Maam teats

Hi guys, just looking for some advice on the Maam teats. We'd been using the bottles with the size 1 teats since my 8 week old was only a few weeks old with no problems. Now however it seems a lot of milk seeps out the side of his mouth while he's drinking and soaks his clothes and his neck and as a result his little neck is getting all red and spotty. He sometimes also falls asleep when he gets to the last two ounces of bottle or so. I'm not sure do I need to change the teat up a size or do I just need to try a different bottle altogether as maybe it's not suiting him anymore?

night sleep

Hi guys first time Mam here. I'm just wondering when did parents let their 8 week olds sleep longer stretches at night? My boy take 5 or 6 5oz bottles over 24 hours, and we let him go 4 hours at night before waking him to feed him. I feel bad waking him so I'm just wondering would I be able to let him go a bit longer? I see lots online letting their babies sleep the night, but a lot of time are American and I'm not sure he should be sleeping the night at his age 😂😂😂 maybe just an hour or so on top of what he's doing now? Thanks in advance.

Just wondering how Mams here manage to not compare themselves to influencers online who happen to be Mams? Not mentioning any in particular but a particular person had a baby around the same time as myself (7 weeks today) and she has 3 kids in total and I have one. But she seems to get so much done in a day! Like scrubbing her house from top to toe etc while managing to mind 3 kids. meanwhile I find it a chore some days to get dressed or eat 🤔😂😂

Hi all! First time poster here. Just wondering has anyone had experience with their bottle fed baby having diarrhea for a few days? He seems to do a poo after every feed, and the consistency isn't great, along with a small bit of mucus. I've had him at the GP, his nappies are always very wet, he has no temperature, and had gained weight since our 6 week check up! I feel like maybe she thought I was being an overbearing new mam and said to give it another day or two and we might change the milk as it might be a cow milk protein allergy. Just wondering if anyone else had it with their baby and did it clear up on its own. Thanks 😃
