TOMT][MOVIE] Cable TV Movie: Dad takes daughter home after school play, car crash, medium with bunker door, ghost kids in OWL masks. Dubbed Spanish. Saw ∼2003-2007*[2000s]
Hey, TOMT. This one is driving me insane. I saw it once as a kid in Latin America, dubbed in neutral Spanish, on a 24hr movie cable channel like Cinecanal/Golden/Space. My parents had just gotten cable, so it was probably 2003-2007. I watched it during the day and had to leave before it ended to go eat.
*What I remember 100%:*
*Opening scene = Night*: An older daughter has a school theater/play presentation. Her parents are divorced. She BEGS her dad to take her home in his car because she barely sees him.
*The crash*: They crash. She wasn't wearing a seatbelt and flies through the windshield. Dad finds her alive on the road, but she dies moments later. He blames himself completely.
*The medium*: Dad, destroyed by guilt, goes to see an old lady medium. She lives in an old house with a *bunker/storm-cellar door in the backyard/patio*. Dad looks through that door and sees something horrifying.
*The ghost kids*: There are children haunting the woods/around the house wearing *OWL masks*. White/cream masks, huge round black eyes, beak. Super creepy.
*Other details*: It's not _The Dark_ (2005). The masks were definitely owls, not sheep. It was low-budget, made-for-TV quality. Dubbed in neutral Spanish.
*Why it's so hard to find*: It was a TV Movie, probably from Lifetime/Chiller/Syfy, filmed in Canada. Never released on DVD. The kind they aired 3 times at 2pm and then vanished.
Please tell me someone else saw _"The Owl, the Bunker and the Windshield"_ movie. I need to know I'm not crazy.
