Worked for Coca-Cola beverages northeast and was recently terminated for a code of conduct violation. I enjoyed my job and the people I worked with but was going the a tough time in life and made a mistake that lead to me being fired. Just wondering if anybody has been able to go back after being fired and how long did you have to wait? I received no termination paperwork other than a letter from the GM of the warehouse that I was being terminated and he wouldn’t even bother talking to me about it over the phone.

Has anyone been terminated by coke and been able to go back after 6 months to a year? And if so what steps did you take to return?
