Can someone explain how they exploit the game mechanics and PA3 and below players using PA4?

I sometimes make nice plays and great passes, but the advantage of the other players is frustrating at times.

What are some tips to play better, other than getting very good at micro directions on the sticks.
Are there certain things (play styles, formations) you really need to avoid or use when playing FUMA?
