Hi all, I have this tractor shed in the back corner of my property. Super inconvenient for storing the tractor, but perfect location for a sugar shack. Down hill from the taps. Any thoughts on changes to make it fit the purpose? I was thinking I could unbolt one of the panels towards the top and figure out a way to prop it open. Run stove pipe for the boiler

I have had the searwood for a couple months now and haven’t been thrilled with the smoke level. I have tried all the different settings etc. I pulled the smokai 1 liter from my cold smoker. Drilled one small hole for the air line. Didn’t want to cut a 1” hole to mount it outside. Ran great on test run. Amazing chicken drum sticks. Internal mounting is probably not the ideal way to do things but it works great.
