Smoked my first brisket over the weekend on my silverbac and primate. After smoking it first on the silverbac for 7-8 hours, I put it on the primate for the final cook. I let it rest in my oven for about three hours. It was around 6 pounds.

I think it came out pretty good for a first timer.
