Failed partial circumcision to full one
My situation was unique, I had very tight pin hole phimosis so went and got a partial circumcision without knowing anything about creams, stetching or devices that might have worked. I could very very slowly retract my foreskin in a hot bath at the time.
Anyway after the partial circumcision where they just took a bit of skin off things were the exact same! I still had the same problem, extremely tight phimosis. The doctor said it doesn't work for about 2-5% of people so I went ahead and got a full one.
Makes me wonder if the creams or stretching would have ever worked if I tried them. Also I'm from a country that doesn't circumcise children but I've found out that apparently nurses tell parents to hold their newborns foreskin back a few times for a short duration at a certain age, I'm not sure of the full details why but I suspect it might be to lessen the chance of phimosis when they are older.
Wondering if anybody else encountered this situation. Even if I knew whether or not my phimosis was curable that would give me some peace of mind. Apparently one or two people on reddit got a partial circumcision that worked but ended up getting a full one a few years later...bit strange
