It has been over four years to get to this stage. My lawyer said that a second RFE (Request for Evidence) could be issued, or an interview might be scheduled, or—according to another lawyer—it could go straight to approval or an NOID (Notice of Intent to Deny). Is there anyone else in the same situation?
