One-Month Patterning: What happens when the results are pure "contrast" instead of wins?

Hello everyone,

I’m writing this after finishing my One-Month Patterning practice (Focus 12). Instead of getting the smooth, positive results that I usually read about here, it seems that everything I pattered took me down completely different—and frankly, unpleasant—roads.

Instead of showing me the experiences I desired, the process brought a lot of heavy contrast, forcing me to face things that aren't working in my life right now.

Have any of you experienced this kind of intense contrast or reverse results during your practice? If so, how did you process it, and what do you think is the greater message or lesson behind these contrasting experiences when the patterning doesn't go the way you expected?

Thanks for reading.
