I had to send in a ticket since my sb was not rewarded for this month, which was later manually credited by support.

The follow-up survey did not appear.

I've read reddit comments stating that the sb just appears in their account (no pending activity) at some time.

Have you guys gotten payment regardless of survey completion?

In consideration with the fact that there was an error with my sb, I'm not too sure if I'll get the sb next month. (I've sent in a ticket asking about this). I would presume for next months I would have to send a general ticket stating, "I didn't get my SB from RealityMeter" and then magically give proof that I ran it for that month.

I've looked on this subreddit for any clarifications because I am a bit concerned as the terms and conditions state that "Each person may redeem this offer only ONCE (1 time)," though I think that just means for this offer as a whole, but I can't be too sure.
