Lenovo Yoga 7i 2 in 1 Rotation Issues

Just got this Lenovo Yoga 7i 2 in 1, so it can flip around and stuff. It works wonders to play games and draw, but I'm having an issue with the rotation. It just won't enter tablet mode or rotate at all. I'm on Fedora 44 Workstation, and I've tried installing some packages, checking monitor-sensors to see that no rotation is registered, but nothing seems to be working. It also seems that this was fixed in an update? But not for me! Any ideas? Thanks!

(SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS) Chapter 5's Weird Route made me Wail

(SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS)
I always like getting spoiled for Deltarune, because...uhhhhh? So when Chapter 5 came out, I immediately went to go see how the weird route went. In Chapter 2, I didn't care too much about it? But in Chapter 4, I become invested, mainly because the scene where you put the Thorn Ring back on Noelle made me feel sick. Now, what could happen in Chapter 5? So I searched it, watched it, and I cried. Seeing Noelle get crazier and crazier as Kris is forced to sink them in, the video getting fuzzy, the damage sound, the jingle getting louder and louder and more corrupt, as my own breathing become louder. The more it went on, the more I started to cry. And when Noelle said "say it" I couldn't hold it in and just started wailing. This has never ever EVER happened to me in, really any piece of media at all. I've shed a few tears, but this was just so different. I think it has to do with the subject matter, as I take manipulation and suicide really seriously, with the former being something I've had to undergo. To see it portrayed in this dirty lens where YOU are doing the action, is so genius. And I feel even more dirty, because I can't bring myself to do it. I have to sit back and watch someone do it, for my curiosity, to watch and to do nothing. I don't care if this is all a game, it hurt so much to watch. It hurts. And honestly? Thank you Mr. Fox, for creating this reaction out of me. It's a once in a life time moment, that I'll treasure forever. I myself can't say if the latter subject matter was actually handled well, but from what I've seen and heard, it was. Excellent work.

FaceTime on iOS 6...what's stopping it?

My parents love FaceTiming me, and I can't blame them. It's nice to get that extra connection. So when I switched to an iPhone 5 on iOS 6, they and I were sad to see it not working on there. If I attempted to call my mom with FaceTime, it would ring her, but when she would answer, it would just connect forever. So I turned to the jailbreaking community for answers. And I found it!

FaceTimeX should solve everything, right? It's description just says "Just kidding." but Electimon is cheeky. So I installed it, tried again, and hey! It connected! I was so shocked. I could see my mom and she could see me!..until after five seconds, it disconnected. I read online, and saw I'm not the only one. This is what happens! And...ugh! That's so annoying. No shame to Electimon, but it just teased me and then stopped working. Apparently, this has something to do with Apple themselves.

From what I gather, iOS 15 and newer have more FaceTime features, so if you try and connect with them, it just cuts off after those seconds. But it's not like it doesn't work, cause it DOES! I know there was a whole lawsuit because the cut support for iOS 6 FaceTime and forced people to upgrade, and yada, yada, yada. And it's tough to find people who run iOS 14. And no way in hell my parents are about to downgrade.

So here's my question. Can FaceTime be fixed? What does FaceTimeX even do? Is work being done to fix FaceTime? I'm no tech expert, but if it connects for a little, and then just cuts itself off, it's almost like Apple's servers see how old the OS is and pull the plug, even if it seems to work for those few moments. Maybe we could fake iOS version's when FaceTime is going? Hopefully someone has answers!

Navigating with public transit on my side of Canada is pretty spooky. You might get mean bus drivers, get guilt tripped in the metro station, or get mugged! To help you stay safe, smartphones are essential!..which is why using an iPhone 5 running iOS 6 is a bad idea. You could even die...

...Nevertheless, I tried heading downtown with this phone and...it went perfect!

At first, I wanted to get directions with Apple Maps. MapsX is basically perfect, besides hybrid and satellite maps. However, I actually noticed FixMyFriends makes the hybrid and satellite maps work! At least in the Find Friends app. Strange.

Well I then reilized that Apple Maps couldn't get transit directions at the time, and would redirect you to...Google Maps? How dull! So I downloaded that, and I was getting directions.

I listened to Kid A from Radiohead on the way, and everything worked very well. I was just thinking how amazing it was that the jailbreaking comunity has kept this OS so alive.

When I got to the metro station, I started getting nervous. There were lots of strange characters everywhere, and I was scared my signal would be cut off due to the iPhone 5's three LTE bands. But...the signal not only didn't leave, but went UP, which never happened on my other newer phone! What? Well thanks, Bell, but don't shutdown 3G!

I took some pictures of the station with the phones camera, which is still good to this day, and uh...yeah! This made me reilize just how...good this phone still is, for someone who wants to disconnect from the crazy digital world. Everything you need to live just works.

You know what else works? The iPhone's vibration! In my other post I said it didn't work, but after accidentally dropping the phone, the motor started working? I'll still give it a check, the tools to do so are coming today in fact.

Sorry if this post is off topic, but I just want to show how usable legacy iOS is, at least for me. Hopefully it will inspire other people to jailbreak, too. See ya!
