Which would be the best hostel that you could meet people who would be willing to go around amsterdam, check out the sites but also have groups that wouldnt mind to drink and party till 3 am. Also only AC hostels please.
Hi, i tore my ACL for the third time after two ACL reconstructions. I also have cartilidge damage, osteoarthritis, meniscus tear as well. I am 20 kgs overweight, stage 1 fatty liver , early signs of insulin resistance.
I am eating healthy, on close to 100 grams of protein a day with focus on fibre and limited carbs. I am also on a no alcohol and once a week sugar diet.
My strength coach is making me do squats(not deep) and lunges which my doctor told me specifically not to do. I am starting to get back pain as well after going to her for a month.
Have any of you gone through 3 tears and still lead a healthy normal life. Would love to speak to you about your experience and share mine.
