Ever thought of being a real estate agent in Elmhurst?

Well, not only Elmhurst but you can stick to surrounding areas. Just throwing an idea to some folks. You can start with a little part time, or maybe you already have some time on your hands. Schedule is flexible and you set it yourself. You could make some good extra money even as a brand new agent, provided you are willing to somewhat follow some directions. If you think it’s something you would be interested, reach out to me and I can tell you more. Looking to grow me team in Elmhurst and maybe to take someone right under the wing. I opened this office 12 years ago and rebranded to REMAX last spring. It’s a fun job- that’s all I can say. If you like people it might be perfect for you. Feel free to ask any questions in the comments. Jack

  4. Is he/she local to your area
  5. Online reviews
  6. Active on social media
  7. Looks
  8. Likability
  9. Gender
  10. Brokerage ( big name brand)
  11. What he/she dresses like
  12. Other ……..?

Big thanks in advance. Jack

Median Elmhurst home prices since 2012! Who can afford it now?

So this is what I pulled up from public records and MLS sales. Keep in mind these are median prices. Reality is for the most part an entry point for a house in Elmhurst is 500k and up. Prices keep going up. A few years ago it seemed like it will stop, however the demand is not slowing. Prices continue to go up. On one hand it’s great, on another not so much. Will be very hard for our kids to be able to stay in Elmhurst after school/college. I just wonder how high it can go.

Public safety night in Elmhurst

Reposting from FB

Bring the whole family to Berens Park on Thursday, August 6, from 6:30–8 p.m. for a free evening of fun, education, and community with the Elmhurst Police and Fire Departments!

Meet police officers and firefighters, explore their vehicles, enjoy interactive activities and safety demonstrations, see Sparky the Fire Dog, and watch a helicopter land. It's a great opportunity to learn about public safety, meet first responders, and enjoy a fun night.

We hope to see you there!
