We’re new to the area (Zillow says our school district is Burley Glenwood)
I’m a first time Mom and my daughter just turned 3, so learning about all this as I go.
We’ve got flexible schedules and willing to drive up 30 minutes to get her into a great place!
Any recommendations would be much appreciated!
So the new VP at my company is insisting that I storyboard exact designs for everything the motion designers work on, so they only have to animate. It’s tripled my workload and I feel it takes away their ownership of the work. I need a gut check that I’m not crazy, this doesn’t seem like the norm?
Edit: this is in-house on a very small team
