my right nipple when i lay flat on my back kind of dips in and its scaring me i have no lumps, pain or dents in either breast

i need an opinion to see if anyone elses does it when they lay on their back

UPDATE- i went this morning and showed my doctor the picture i took and she said its normal for tissue to pull back when your lying down and she said that’s probably whats going on but she said if i wanted to have a ultrasound done i could for peace of mind, she also said the color of my skin and nipple look well and nothing alerts her of breast cancer.
